ASPS Access Security & Parking Systems, Inc (ASPS) was incorporated in 2005 by former employees of AMTEL and it was acting as Master Distributor for the Americas of AMTEL Security Systems, Inc. (AMTEL) with focus in USA and Latin America Markets.

AMTEL Security Systems, Inc. was incorporated in 1982 as a result of the merge of Tele-entry Systems (1976) and Caribbean Security Systems after being purchased by the Gajwani family and it has been manufacturer and system integrator of access control and parking revenue solutions since then.

In consideration of the technology and market changes, ASPS has acquired the manufacturing rights of some products designed by AMTEL and it is now operating as independent entity. ASPS is serving USA, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean (the Americas) and also is covering emergent international markets in the Middle East, Africa and Europe.

Access Security & Parking Systems, Inc is now doing business as Amtel ASPS, Amtel ASPS International or just ASPS.
