Visitor Screening Systems

Visitor Management system from ASPS meets and exceeds the guidelines from Homeland Security for visitor management in commercial, municipal and industrial lobbies. At the heart of the system is a unique, self-positioning screening device that can simultaneously take the photo of the visitor and his ID and print a temporary photo-Id badge for use by the visitor.

Most Visitor management systems in the market today follow the conventional method of searching the Host and check for his visitor’s list. To improve the transaction speed, ASPS offers a “Single Screen” operating system that scans visitor Drivers’ License and finds host from pre-approval or history file. This also saves data entry and thereby improves speed of check.

The visitor management system issues a “Limited Use” access card with a bar code on the photo-ID. Exit check option is also available with the system. The range of reports also includes an “Evacuation Report” (with photos) of visitors remaining on the property and automatically search internal or remote databases for verification of the visitor.

The visitor management systems at the guard-gate and the lobby can be integrated to minimize duplication. Multiple visitor management systems can share a common database on the web to provide an integrated solution for large complexes. Un-attended, “Virtual” stations can be incorporated in such integrated systems to reduce the manpower required without reducing the convenience to the users.
